End-user license agreement

This agreement is between you and Perilune Audio. By installing or using a Perilune Audio plugin, you agree to it.

License

When you buy a plugin, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it on up to three computers that you own or control, for any musical or commercial project.

Trials

A trial may be used for evaluation during the trial period only.

What you may not do

• Share, sell, rent or give away your license key or the plugin.
• Reverse engineer, modify or circumvent the license check, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Use the plugin's sounds or code to build a competing product.

Your work is yours

Audio you create with the plugin belongs to you. We claim no rights to it.

Ownership

The plugins, their code and their design remain the property of Perilune Audio.

No warranty

The plugins are provided "as is". We work to make them reliable, but we don't guarantee they'll be free of errors or work with every system.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

Ending the license

This license ends if you break these terms or receive a refund. You must then remove the plugin from your computers.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.
