Common questions
How do I install a plugin?
Unzip the download and run the installer for your system. On macOS it installs the AU and VST3 versions; on Windows, VST3. Then restart your DAW or rescan plugins.
Where do I enter my license key?
Open the plugin in your DAW and click the brass nameplate in the top right corner. Paste the key from your order page or email and press Activate, or choose Load license file… and pick the .license file. Activation works offline.
How many computers can I use it on?
One license covers up to three computers that you use. Your key carries your name and email address, so please keep it to yourself.
What does the trial include?
Everything. After the trial period it stops processing audio until you enter a license key. Your sessions and settings carry over when you buy.
I lost my license key.
Email hello@periluneaudio.com from the address you used at checkout and we'll send it again.
Are updates free?
Updates within the same major version (1.x) are free. You'll get a download link by email when one is released.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days if the plugin doesn't work on your system. See the refund policy.
Which DAWs are supported?
Any DAW that loads VST3 or AU plugins, including Ableton Live, Logic Pro, FL Studio, Cubase, Studio One, Bitwig and Reaper. Pro Tools isn't supported, since it only loads AAX.
